Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take between submitting a project and sending it to your network?
Between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the level of development of the project at the time of submission. Before any outreach, our editorial team works with you to shape the project into a professional one-page document that meets international standards. The stronger the starting material, the faster the process.
It depends on the project. We can send it to our entire network of 32,000 verified contacts, or we can build a targeted selection based on the genre, format, and territories you’re looking for. In most cases, we combine both approaches — a broad initial send followed by targeted follow-ups with the most relevant profiles.
Up to 4 projects per month. Each project receives individual editorial attention, so we maintain this limit to guarantee the quality of every submission.
We send a formal introduction email between you and the interested party. From there, we stay involved — following up every 15 days, supporting discussions when needed, and mobilizing additional contacts from our network as the project develops and new needs emerge. We stay in the loop at every stage.
Every project is formatted as a professional one-page document built to WMM standards before any outreach. If serious interest emerges, we work with you to develop a 5 to 6-page dossier tailored to the project’s next stage. For projects requiring a full pitch deck of 10 pages or more — typically for markets, co-production calls, or investor meetings — this is handled through our separate Pitch Deck Service.
We review every submission carefully. If a project is too similar to one already in our pipeline, or if it needs strengthening before it’s ready for international outreach, we work with the member to make the necessary adjustments. Our goal is to send out only projects we genuinely believe in — that’s what makes the outreach credible to the professionals who receive it.
All outreach documents are produced in English, as it is the working language of the international audiovisual market. However, our discussions with you can take place in your own language — we work with high-quality translation tools to make sure nothing gets lost along the way.
We send you regular updates — including positive responses and critical feedback — so you always know where your project stands. These updates are sent every 15 days alongside your curated opportunity newsletter.
They are two separate but complementary circuits. Submitting a project for outreach means we actively pitch it to our network of 32,000 verified professionals on your behalf. Posting on the Concept Marketplace means your project is visible to all Elite Club members who are browsing for projects to acquire, co-produce, or option. You can choose to do both — many members do — but they are not automatically linked.
No — and anyone who does isn’t being honest with you. The audiovisual industry is unpredictable by nature. What we guarantee is the quality of the editorial work, the reach of the outreach, and our full commitment to your project at every stage. We do everything in our power to make it happen.
