1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “TOU”) define the terms and conditions under which World Media Match LLC (hereinafter the “Company”) provides users (hereinafter the “User”) with access to the worldmediamatch.com website and its services.

Use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TOU.

2. Access to Services

Access is reserved for professionals and individuals registered on the platform (producers, distributors, broadcasters, directors, screenwriters, authors, etc.).

Certain sections and features (including the database and the Concept Marketplace) are reserved for paying subscribers.

The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

3. Services Provided

World Media Match notably offers:
  • A global directory of audiovisual professionals, updated monthly.
  • A marketplace of audiovisual concepts.
  • Optional services such as pitch deck creation.
  • Partnerships offering discounts on third-party software and services.

4. Use and User Obligations

The User agrees to:
  • Use the platform in a professional and lawful manner.
  • Not share their access with third parties.
  • Not copy, extract, or massively reproduce the site’s data without written permission.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights attached to content, contacts, and concepts.
  • Not disclose or exploit a concept without the prior agreement of its author via the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, data, and structure are the exclusive property of the Company.
Concepts on the marketplace remain the property of their authors.
The platform has a limited right to display concepts to subscribers who have signed an electronic NDA.

6. Liability

The Company strives to provide a reliable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
In the event of proven liability, the maximum compensation is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current period.
The Company shall not be held responsible for disputes between authors and third parties.

7. Suspension or Deletion of Account

The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete, without prior notice, any User account that fails to comply with these TOU or uses the site fraudulently or abusively.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

The User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, which can be exercised by writing to: artus@worldmediamatch.com.

9. Modification of the TOU

The Company may amend these TOU at any time. Users will be informed of the changes and must accept the new version to continue using the site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA).

In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts of Wyoming, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
