World Media Match – Marketplace Terms

1. Purpose

The Concept Marketplace enables subscribers to present original audiovisual formats for national or international option agreements (12-month term).

2. Submission Rules

Only active subscribers are eligible to submit projects.
Each submission must include a pitch deck (maximum 15 pages, in English).
The creator warrants and represents that they hold all rights, licenses, and clearances necessary to submit the project.

3. Access to Projects

Detailed project information, including the creator’s contact details and pitch deck, is accessible exclusively to subscribers.
Access to such materials requires prior acceptance of a short-form Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Options and Commissions

World Media Match charges a 5% commission on the value of all option agreements executed through the Marketplace.
WMM facilitates introductions and may provide support to both buyers and creators during option negotiations, but is not a party to the agreements entered into between them.

5. Removal of Content

World Media Match reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any project that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or breaches these Terms.
